  • Rebate is valid for retail purchases made between March 1, 2006 and March 31, 2006
  • This is a mail-in rebate only, not an in-store coupon
  • Save your original receipt! No rebate will be honored without a valid and complete store receipt that shows the products purchased, the price, and the date of purchase.
  • The original rebate coupon from the advertisement, along with the original store receipt must be mailed to the address below
